WORKSHOPS: Don`t Panic! We have a strategy. Strategic thinking in the artist’s career development. Theory. Tools. Case study.

Host: Magda Chołyst (Artist In Bloom studio)

Don’t Panic! We’re from Poland and Artist in Bloom invite you to a workshop where you will have the opportunity to analyze the most important steps and tools to build effective strategies. The theory and practice of strategic thinking will be strengthened by case studies from three areas: promotional strategy, strategy for a showcase festival and career development strategies on foreign markets.

During the meeting you will learn:
– what key elements characterize the best strategies in the music industry?
– why the best strategists always start with the artist’s bold vision and long-term goals?
– how to build a coherent connection between goals from various artist’s career areas and daily activities?
– how to think strategically about recipients, partners and the most important relationships in the industry?
– how to analyze the artist’s resources and strengths to strengthen his development strategy?
– how to consistently implement the plan in the face of sudden changes and new opportunities?
– how to maintain a balance between an ambitious strategy of action and the artist’s sensitivity?

ATTENTION. We already have a set. If you want, you can register on the reserve list: https://forms.gle/noiGdBY6Kk1ETp8XA
